



Our one week program is designed to immerse you in the pleasures of cooking, eating and drinking in Provence, while teaching you practical skills that you'll take home and enjoy for years to come. During the week you will get to know one of the most beautiful areas of Provence. The cooking class and your home for the week will be at Fontaine de Faucon, a restored Provencal Mas in Goult, in the heart of the Luberon. You will learn about wine at St Esteve de Neri, a working vineyard at nearby Ansouis. Visits to many charming villages, including the atmospheric town of Aix and the bustling market of Isle sur la Sorgue, will round out you week.
